The first step in the coaching process is for
our coaches to get to know you, your business and where you
desire to be in the next 6 month and beyond. Once your coach
is confident they understand you as a person and your business
they will work with you to develop a business strategy plan.
The business strategy plan will be tied in with your goals,
a doable timeline along with action items, in rank order.
Your business strategy plan will serve as the
guiding document in going forward. The great thing is you can
rest peacefully knowing your coach will be there throughout
the entire process, holding weekly (or bi-weekly) coaching calls
to make sure you understand the necessary action items and how
to execute those items to meet your goals. We're here as a sounding
